I have had a continuous problem with my desktop computer for awhile. I called Sean this past Friday quite late. He returned my call after hours and said he could come by my home on Saturday. I was so happy he came to me. And on Saturday, he came to our house as he promised. He diagnosed the problem with my computer in 20 minutes or less. It was best he took my tower, computer to his business to fix it. On Monday he was back at my house, problems with my computer solved and he took time to explain the changes he made to make sure I understood.
