I recently visited Tech Support Inc. for a back glass replacement, and I have mixed feelings about my experience. The man who assisted me was friendly and seemed knowledgeable. However, I encountered a significant issue with the service. I paid $175 for the back glass replacement, which initially seemed reasonable. Unfortunately, after the repair, I took my phone to Apple for a battery replacement, and they pointed out that there were problems with the replacement. According to Apple, the repair had not been done correctly, and it had caused further damage to my phone. As a result, I had to get the replacement done again at Apple, which cost me an additional $500. This was quite frustrating, as I am not the most fortunate financially, and I had hoped to save money by using this third-party service.
While the man working there was extremely kind, the quality of the repair work left much to be desired.

The employee that helped me out was great very kind, However when I asked to get my iPhone screen fixed I expected it to be fixed not worse, I payed him off screen seemed fine everything looked well and the next day my screen is bugging out swiping and clicking stuff for no reason, I tried taking off the screen protector he had installed for me as well but the problem has not gone away, Thanks for nothing I will start to recommending people to not come here.

I had an awesome experience at Tech Support! Staff there was very kind and sociable. I enjoyed talking with them about life while they worked on my phone. Staff fixed my phone screen–which had gone black–in good time, and replaced my old battery which would lose life easily. Staff gave me good, honest information about new screen options and their working quality as well. Go there if you have any problems with your phone!
