I would like to thank Techloop Electronics Menlo Park for repairing my phone not once, but twice, and for carefully restoring YEARS of photos and recordings of loved ones who have passed away and my Beloved One’s birth and first few months of life.

I had a really old iPhone 7 that was not backed up to iCloud nor to any other device, and then the entire screen got shattered to the point where all you could see was a mostly black screen with a few colored vertical lines. Letif replaced the entire screen in under 30 minutes and got the phone up and working again, for $90.

About two weeks later, the same phone, which I still had not backed up, got run over by a vehicle weighing over 6,000 lbs and the back was dented and it (obviously) would not turn on or anything. Hector was by some miracle able to salvage the memory board and restore the phone with ALL PHOTOS, RECORDINGS, etc INTACT, in less than 7 days, for $250. Letif also showed me two different ways to back up my data and offered to do it for free. He did return my phone with an incorrect SIM card, but found my correct SIM card within a day and fixed that issue.

Some other notes about my experience with Techloop Electronics: The staff were pleasant and professional and the store was clean and comfortable inside. The store also had convenient hours and was easy to find. I recommend this place to anyone in need of electronic repairs or refurbished devices. Thank you again Techloop Electronics!

I wanted to write this review to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional service Techloop provided to us over the weekend. My iphone was severely water damaged and I was anxious as I didn’t have a backup. I found Techloop on yelp and decided to come here instead of apple store. That was the best decision I made! When we arrived, Letif educated us with all the steps we should do in case of water damage, and proposed a plan for the data recovery. As there was still water in the phone, Letif quickly made a plan so that we could backup data safely. I am so thankful that all my data is back and all my photos are saved. Techloop is truly exceptional and I highly recommend them!

Latif and Hector are the best! They helped me with my two MacBook Pros. They gave me advice on how to organize files, privacy settings, and storage. They also helped me wipe one laptop clean of files and tracking apps and install a new OS so I could give it to my son. Latif and Hector talked to me in respectful and easy-to-understand terms. And they charge more than reasonable prices. I highly recommend and will be treating them like my outsourced IT team. Highly recommend!
