I got my Apple iMac repaired here a few days ago. I called in and was told I could come by and drop it off the same day (no other place I had called would let me come by the same day). I was given a clear diagnosis and breakdown of the cost. Turn-around time was 2 days (super quick, I though it would take weeks) and the computer works great! Very customer friendly. Overall a much better experience than I had with bigger/more well-known Mac service providers. Would definitely recommend.
