Don’t go here if you don’t live in Iowa City. Took my IPhone here to be repaired under warranty. The day I took it they diagnosed and said they would order the part. They called the next day and part was ready. Unfortunately I live an hour away and was not able to come in for another week. Craig demanded I come into the store that day or he the following Monday or he would send the part back. I explained that wouldn’t be able to come till the following Friday. He called Monday and demanded I come into the store the next day or he’d send the part back or I could pay $150 (for an in warranty repair) for him to wait till Friday. I’m sure he has his reasonings as to why he was demanding I come in immediately but being a little flexible and nicer to your customers goes a long way.

Had an old apple laptop that wasn’t turning on, took it to best buy where they diagnosed it without opening it up or anything. And then went on to tell me it would cost anywhere between $500-$2000 dollars to replace and save the information. Luckily the best buy employee also told me about Technology Associates. Took it to them take where Creig told me all the possible problems and outcomes then went on to diagnosed and fix the problem. And within a day I had it back and saved not only a laptop but also hundreds of dollars. Thanks Creig!!

Moral of the story, START with Technology Associates!

I took a 2016 MacBook Pro here with the dreaded keyboard and sudden battery issue. They understood that this was my production machine and that I was using an even older backup laptop until I got my computer back. I scheduled an appointment for a Monday drop off, and picked it up Mid-day Tuesday (the next day)! I wasted time at a big box store, when I should have gone here directly!

Customer service was great and the computer is fixed! The only negative I see is parking.
