Went in to get my iphone6 screen (just glass) replaced. During that time he thought the battery needed replaced also. So I said go ahead and replace it.
That is when all of my issues started. The battery would go from 45% to 20% when I would try to use the GPS. and even if I had everything off (bluetooth,locations and so on) the battery would only last not even half of the day. That is with no phone calls, only a few text messages and no internet use.
I told them about this issue and they agreed to replace the battery.
After the replaced the battery things seemed a little better. The battery would still not last until 2 in the afternoon (prior it would last a day and a half) but it stopped dropping drastically in percentage.
Now the phone gets stuck in a continuous restart cycle once it gets down to 45%. After a couple of days dealing with that I tried a system restore. That only made things worse. Now it restarts constantly no matter what the battery percentage is at.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR IPHONE HERE TO GET FIXED!

My phone is way worse off then what it was before taking it here. It is basically just a paper weight now.

**side note, after they replaced the battery and glass I have darker spots on my phone screen along with a couple bright white dots. So they must have damaged my screen during the repair (bent the screen too far back when disassembly most likely)

This was my second battery from you guys and they both had issues. I do not want to take it back to just have it replaced with another bad battery.

For people reading this review, This is what happened to my phone because of the battery swelled up so much (see attached picture). Also, my phone will not turn on at all anymore, even when plugged in.

They replaced my screen on Samsung s22 Ultra. Had it for a year only then screen broke so brought it to get a replaced screen. $1500 phone and $400 for new screen and now it not operable because of what they did. They took the screen off, without sealing the non genuine screen where they promised it was, so when replacing they left residue from old screen, never sealed the screen all they did was put silicone, now six months later with phone glitching, turning off etc I took it in only for them to say it is in great shape and cleaned the inside and tightened wires. Two hours later turned off and would not turn on, took to a samsung replacement place and they basically said it is a lost cause and has liquid damage from humidity due to them not properly putting the screen on. Now phone is fried and done for. DO NOT COME HERE. EVER. TRUST YOUR GUT. IT IS A JOKE

I brought in an Iphone 11, that had issues with the battery. The phone would not turn back on after dying and it would not charge. I told them it was a non genuine battery and that it needed to be replaced with an official battery which is why I was there. Instead they said it was the screen that had loose cables and that nothing was wrong with the battery. They said the phone shouldn’t have any issues now that they tighten the screws. I figured they must of been right since they were able to have the phone working again. It’s only been a day and the phone again won’t turn on or charge.
