Services by the tech was good but found out from the tech person that the screen protector glass was $25 each which is way too expensive. I was charged $50 for (2) protecting glass to go on my phone. That’s crazy!!!!!
On Amazon you can get those glass protector screen for $10-$15 for a (3) pack BUT I was charged $50 for (2). Crazy!!!!!
Definetly disappointed. I took my son’s iPhone 13 to get fixed. The screen was not placed on correctly on Saturday. I go in on Monday and the so called manager if I’m not mistaken name is Adam Was no help $170 down the drain. Customer service ethic definetly a negative 0. They don’t even deserve a star.
Natalie was very informative about phones. The service was quick and fast. Came in for a lifted screen from the previous owner that scammed me. This new management is way better and helpful . Will definitely be back.
