My technician was Simon. He listened carefully to my laptop situation. He reviewed several options to me to decide what is in my best interest. We mutually agreed an was told to expect a phone call within a few days for pickup. Honestly I couldn’t be more pleased. I also treated myself to a new backpack. Additionally coffee and donuts were available.
Service was awesome! While I was panicking over losing precious photos and videos Gary stayed calmed and assured me everything would still be there! They replaced my phones lcd, were efficient and timely and everything was there like they said.I love Techie and will use them again. I highly recommend them!

The best shop and Gary, the Manager truly cares about his customers The service is fast, so fairly priced and he even calls ro make sure your phone is ok. I drop my phone often and this is by far the best in the Boca area!
