So after over a week of having my child’s tablet, I originally went in there for a battery repair which I paid for and was told that it would take 2 days because they had to order a special battery for it. Then the part comes in and was told that it’s not the battery, must be the motherboard. So that part got ordered but it literally took a week for the part to come in and be ready for pick up! Also, I was overcharged for the service! I will NOT be returning and doing business there. Communication sucks and they overcharge!

Both gentlemen were extremely polite and personable. They were extremely understanding of my situation and eager to help me. They worked with me on the price to make sure my needs were taken care of. They replaced my inner and outer screen in less than 30 minutes and even cleaned my phone. Not to mention it was the least expensive quote I’d been given out of 4/5 other repair shops. Great place for cellphone repair. My battery was trash and my screen finally cracked so I went to Techy because it was close. They ordered the parts and once they arrived, I did some shopping while they did the repairs. I’m posting this from the very phone they fixed and am very happy with my service.
