I just wanna share my experience. My phone was broken for awhile, but once it was nearly impossible to use, i had to get it fixed. I could not afford how much iphone repairs costs these days.. but i had to make something work. The front screen was messed up, but the back was very shattered as well. I could only afford the front… He told me i needed a case , my battery was swelling and it could potentially mess up again soon.. and as i said i could not afford anything more.. that was all the money i had. This man went and found a case for my phone and gave it to me free.. just out of the kindness of his heart.See, it’s not about the case… it’s about him being nice. This man did not know me at all.. didn’t know what kind of day i was having.. and he thought doing that gesture would at least put a smile on my face and it did.. i even teared up. Kindness goes a long way..
I appreciate him for that.. and for not judging me. i felt good about going to him, and seeing that he has a kind heart i will recommend him forever.

Walked in and expressed my concern about not trusting the store due to previous experiences. I went again because I knew it was a good price and same day repair. Steven, the associate at the time reassured me that there would be no problem. I picked up my phone 45 minutes later and everything was perfect except for a sensor on the screen. They tried 3 other screens and none of them worked. I told them I had a flight the next day out of the country and they completely took care of me. They called their manufacturer and got more screens for the next morning. I was able to take my phone and get it fixed the same day as my flight and no problem.

What I love about them is that whenever it doesn’t work, which is a possibility anywhere you go, they try and try again until you leave happy

Great Experience here, I have gone several times to do repairs for my PC, cell phone and tablets to do repairs. I have had great experiences here even for a device I thought could not be repaired, they were able to bring it back to life for me. I recently went in for my iPhone X screen repair. Looks pristine and brand new and I am absolutely happy they were able to get my phone back up and running within 30 minutes. Great people Great service and even some info for care on my devices.
