My son and I visited the Montgomery location today due to his cell phone not backing up. Jayden was awesome!! He explained to his what he needed to do and continued to keep us informed every step of the way. The staff was very kind, polite, and professional. Also they were very knowledgeable about the product. I will return to see Jayden in the future for my tech needs.
The sensor on my husband’s phone was broken causing it to not be able to turn on. He was so upset because there were some pictures and videos of our new baby that hadn’t been backed up yet. Everyone one was so kind and knowledgeable and reacted quickly to get the part ordered. Within 2 days his phone was working and out memories were saved! Highly recommend!!
The iMac’s are very well designed and are kept in pristine condition in-store. The service was immaculate and very welcoming, as well as polite and informative. I would not hesitate to come back here for not only new apple products, but also for repairs along with help on any further issues I encounter. 10/10
