Totally clueless on what they’re doing….. Brought my electric bike to be fixed said it would cost me $90 plus $40 for delivering it back to me… After several hours, I received a phone call saying that they’re not able to fix and it would Three weeks for the controller to arrive and fix the bike, Which would cost me more money no price was given. Ellie charged me $40 to get it delivered the next day which was a Saturday and it was never convey to clueless JESSY which I found out. He just started the job for days ago. I ended up picking up the bike myself and then never reimbursed me the money the $40 bike was never fixed and I was charged $130 for absolutely no service … How they are in business is beyond me!!!
What a joke!!

What’s unacceptable is you and your company that said that they were going to fix the problem … Which you are not able. You also mentioned that you will call me back to let me know what the issue was .. Before you close, which was 7 PM which you never did you never kept your word. And I paid for Delivery Before 11 AM for Saturday … What happened? You have no word
