It was exactly what I ordered. They even followed up to ask if I had any problems a couple weeks later. However, when I finally did need a replacement part, I almost got scammed. I didn’t lose any money, but they said they would send a replacement part if I payed shipping and handling, after I had to call them back when they said they would call me back and didn’t. They never tried to bill me and the email I had got put on a advertisement list I never signed up for. This was only the warranty section though. IT might be more helpful.

Purchased a refurbished Dell T7910 from Tekboost in 2020. Product was as described and fulfilled my needs. The product was delivered on time and per the specifications. Overall, I will be purchasing from this company again. The best part of the company are the employees. Every time I have reached out to them regarding products they are willing to work with the customer/s and are extremely professional. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! I ordered a part thru Amazon from your store. The part was labelled as a quad core processor, however when i recieved it and installed it, it shows up as only a dual core. I messaged to get things resolved days ago and still got no answer. The part that was sent sells for roughly $40 cheaper than the one i paid for. Would not recommend.
