Absolutely amazing. Sent my phone off from VA to get the back glass fixed after one of my friends broke it I’m not going to lie, I was very nervous sending my phone 1000 miles away to a place that I don’t even know. I’m sure if you are reading this you are in the same situation.. let me tell you, everything went perfectly. I sent my phone off and got it back fixed a little over a week later. Not only was the repair done right, they were wonderful at communicating and updating me on how the repair was going. So in sort words, you can trust Tele to not only fix your broken device but to do it very well and keep it safe on its way back to you. They package very well. Tele mpr is awesome
I recently cracked my screen and I was looking for an affordable alternative to Apple. I searched google and found Tele, I was happy to find a clean and organized building as I walked in. I was kindly greeted by Abdullah, he was more than happy to help me out and even let us watch the process! He did an amazing job cleaning and repairing my screen 10/10 experience. I would highly recommend anyone to this place!
These guys are amazing! Fixed my phone when Apple said it was wasn’t possible. It took about 30 minutes and they let me watch the repair process. After reassembling my phone they put it under a microscope for a detailed cleaning. Best customer service maybe ever. Will definitely be taking my phone and computers here for repairs.
