I was here may be a few weeks ago to get my screen repaired. The gentleman was extremely kind add gave me a great price. After my phone was returned to me, I noticed the backspace button no longer worked and some photos were taken with my phone. Because the guy was so kind I didn’t complain so it wouldn’t come back on him as having not done well. I put my phone, which is always in a case, on the bed and it slid from my pillow onto my nightstand. That very small movement made hairline fractures in the bottom right of my screen. Calling the store, thinking it was just a defective screen they would fix, I was told that had the screen been Brought to their attention when the backspace issue occurred it would’ve been fixed at no cost. But because there is that small fracture and although they agreed it sounds like a simply defective screen, I will still have to pay for it but would only be charged what their cost is. Their cost is $55. I paid $65. Depicted is how close together my bed is to my nightstand and the fracture on the screen. I feel as though I was wrong and sold a defective product the company refused to rectify.

Note: They tried to justify why they would not fix it for free by throwing out there how no company would fix a fractured screen for free regardless to how recent the repair was. Being well versed with that particular topic, I know that isn’t true. Most companies repair defective products.

Reply to owners comment: yes. For it sliding off the bed to the nightstand and cracking, and I did get it under 30 days ago, I find charging me for a screen I was having issues with for it to SLIDE DOWN TWO INCHES IN A CASE and break as not nice. What would be nice would be for the screen to be replaced. Based on your responses to other bad reviews, it seems like it’s more comical to you than compassionate. Each comment has some sort of sarcastic remark which is rude. “and because he was nice”. No. He offered for me to pay $10 less than I paid before for a repair that shouldn’t even be happening if the initial gentleman was less concerned with flirting with me with my boyfriend present and fixing the phone right. Your employee should have never taken photos with MY phone he was fixing. Poor service in every category. Quite unfortunate.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!!

I had the misfortune of trying to purchase a used phone from this establishment, and it was an absolute nightmare. I initially contacted “Mahmoud Abdeljaber” on Facebook Marketplace, who works there, and we agreed to meet at the store. However, when I arrived, Mahmoud was nowhere to be found. Instead, I was met by Tarek, who was at least respectful and explained that there had been a “miscommunication” regarding the agreed-upon price. Apparently, Mahmoud was referring to a different phone with lower specs, and I misunderstood the offer. Anyway, I thanked Tarek and left, feeling disappointed but it’s okay!

But now things are about to get worse. As I was driving home, Mahmoud sent me a message offering a reduced price on the phone. Since I was driving, I couldn’t check my messages immediately. Within 10 minutes, he sent another message–this time insulting me because I hadn’t responded! What kind of employee insults a customer? Even if I had ignored him on purpose (which I didn’t), there is absolutely no excuse for this kind of behavior. UNBELIEVABLE!

This was the WORST experience I’ve ever had with a business. Mahmoud’s unprofessionalism is shocking, and it’s clear that this store doesn’t care about its customers. Save yourself the headache and stay far away from this place and this individual!

My son phone cracked so I went to this store because it was the cheaper option. Bad idea! After they replaced the screen, my son phone did not work the same. The speaker was extremely low And he could barely hear the other person on the line when he received a phone call. When he pressed the screen it was able to move in and out so it was not secured. I will admit that I took long to bring the phone back because I was super busy as a single parent with 3 boys. But I did return it about two weeks later. They told me they could not replace the screen because it was a little scratch on the corner so the warranty was void. They also said that with this type of phone u will have some slack in the screen. I told them with the original screen on it there was no slack, but he described the process on how the only replace the screen and not the border and just apply glue. U can also see gaps of light in between the screen and the rim of phone. They told me that was also normal. He helped me out by trying to secure the connecting port to the speaker so I can hear better. However it still acts funny. You literally have to press done on the screen to hear the speaker work. I will never go back there again and hopefully this will help you from making the same mistake
