I had an absolutely horrendous experience purchasing phones for my parents from this store. As a student, I was eager to buy good-quality phones for my parents who were traveling back home. I specifically told the seller that I wasn’t well-versed in phones and asked him to treat me like a sister, assuring me that he would provide me with good phones. I even mentioned how deeply I trust him because of our shared connection to a holy continent that holds profound personal significance for me.

Trusting their word, I purchased two phones at what seemed like a normal price for used phones in decent condition. Unfortunately, what I received was far from that. My mother decided she wouldn’t be able to use the phone (an iPhone 12 Pro Max), so I kept it in its box, completely trusting their assurance and never bothering to inspect it. A few weeks later, due to an emergency, I had to travel back home, and it was then that I started using the phone.

To my utter dismay, I discovered that the phone was a complete disaster. The voice function was defective, and people couldn’t hear me during calls. When I took it to a professional for repairs, I was shocked to learn that the phone was riddled with issues. The entire physical cover had been replaced with a non-original one, the camera was faulty and took foggy, unusable pictures, and the battery was a cheap, non-original replacement. Essentially, almost everything about the phone had been tampered with and replaced with substandard parts. It was nothing short of a scam.

Words cannot express how betrayed I feel. They took advantage of my trust and sold me a phone that was practically worthless. The level of deceit involved here is beyond shameful–it’s disgraceful and reprehensible. I implore anyone reading this to avoid this store at all costs. They are not to be trusted, and they certainly do not have your best interests at heart.
