Christmas Eve Day! My boyfriends phone Smashed in the weirdest part of the phone – had a protective case .. somehow it smashed the button . Not working at all – outgoing phone calls, incoming phone calls no text going out coming in. So now we are scrambling around Christmas Eve day not only is it his cell phone but it is also his work phone. Went to Verizon, They don’t care all they care about is a sale of a new phone. So we were googling and we came across 603 fix , We went there and they were closed, so I just happen to call and Leo the owner picked up the phone call my boyfriend explained to Leo what was wrong with his phone and how it was broke and Leo mentioned that he was on his way to do a family thing and he would meet us at his shop in 30 minutes. We cannot believe he was on his way to meet us to take a look at his phone .. Leo showed up fixed his phone less than 10 minutes and my boyfriend was so excited so appreciative grateful that Leo met us to fix his phone on Christmas Eve day. That’s what we need now more than ever .. Great Customer Service .. thanks Leo for making US so happy !
