Tim is the greatest! I dropped my iPhone 8 one too many times, and the touch screen was frozen up so badly that even trying a hard reset ( which Tim actually taught me how to do last year,btw) didn’t work. Immediately took it into The Cell Phone Repair Shop, on Solano – he had it diagnosed in minutes!

Timothy was the absolute best ! Called multiple stores for a charger port issues and was getting quoted for $100 on the phone , gave Timothy a call and said he’d look at it for free , walked in and all it needed was a cleaning for $45. He was super fast with the repair and had me out in less than 40 minutes and hooked me up with a free screen protector since I was without one and even gave me a free iPhone charger just in case ! That is the best customer service I could’ve asked for ! If you need work on your phone I could only highly recommend here ! Thank you Timothy !

I called Cell phone repair shop given I smashed the screen on my IP14. Tim was very efficient in identifying the issue and suggested I bring it in for him to have a look at it. Tim was very personable and was able to repair the phone in one (1) hour. He was very professional and explained a few other things that he did to enhance the phone appearance. Five (5) star Timmy was the consummate professional from start to finish. In addition, the cost for the new screen was a fraction (60% less) than what I paid for another phone I had repaired, recently.
