I do not write reviews unless I am impressed and Not only was I VERY Impressed but this place pretty much saved me. My computer broke down and I do e-commerce online so my computer is pretty much my life line. I first went to another place but they said it could be 3-5 days which would be devastating. I then came to the clone shop and right away he told me to bring it in and took a look. After about 3 hours or so he was able to get my computer up and running. Had to reset/refresh the C drive and even backed everything up for me which was awesome because I have photos of my son and I which I would have lost. The cost was really great, fair and worth every penny! If you have any problems with your computer I highly recommend this place! Thank you again for the amazing service and able to get me back to work in the same day!
I had an awful time with the Best Buy Geek Squad transferring data to a new computer. I struggled with issues for two weeks. Then I went and saw Charlie at the Clone shop and it was refreshing to have someone who knew what they were doing and he fixed me up quickly too! They met with me right away the two times I went – what took hours and hours and days elsewhere, they fixed me up in two 1/2 hour sessions. I am so grateful to have found them! I didn’t have to leave my computer for days and they worked with me at the front counter. A great place especially if you need your computer for work and can’t be without it for long! Very reasonable and competent. Save yourself a lot of stress and try them out!
I highly recommend the Clone Shop. Charlie there has been amazingly helpful over the years and has always had me back up and running with a day.
Their pricing is extremely fair. They have saved me so many times with computers going down in the middle of work deadlines, saving data etc. that I would have gladly paid more at the time.
