I cannot recommend this place enough; do NOT make my mistake of going with someone else just because they are not open the day you were calling around. After an extremely unsatisfactory experience with another local computer repair company, Mike was able to solve in just 10 minutes what took the other guys 4 days to fail to do so. And he gave me a few recommendations on computer parts for peak performance! Extremely knowledgeable and extremely nice.

I wish I could give more stars. Mike was incredibly helpful and answered all my questions. I was concerned I needed a new laptop with all of the problems it had, but he was able to bring it back to life and at an affordable cost! He is obviously incredibly knowledgeable and its great to find someone that can provide great quality service. Will definitely be taking any future computer problems to him and can’t recommend this option enough.

I know absolutely nothing about computers. My laptop started acting all funny out of nowhere, and it turned out I had to get a BUNCH of stuff fixed/replaced. Mike helped me get the best deal with Dell’s services and helped me get everything replaced for super super cheap. All I had to pay for was the labor! Which I am delighted to do; he was so much help and really knows what he’s doing!
