I had an issue with my gaming computer that I couldn’t solve. I emailed Steve at The Computer Doctor. He replied quickly and tried to help figure out my issue through email. He recommended a new component and I dropped my computer with him for the install and a diagnostic check. He very quickly realized there was cooling issue, contacted me, ordered the part and had it completed by the next day. My sim rig is running better than ever now. Steve provides outstanding service, the likes of which you rarely see today. Steve is very personable and really knows his stuff. I brought him a dead Dell laptop that I thought I knew what was wrong. He guided me to the best way to get the parts I thought I needed. It turned out that the motherboard was dead and not worth repairing. He then instructed me the best way to resell the broken laptop for parts. The diagnosis, the time and expertise was free! He gave me great advice. Highly recommended!
