I recently needed assistance with my Microsoft Surface Pro and had the pleasure of visiting this shop. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with the utmost care and professionalism. The technician went above and beyond by stopping what he was doing to take a quick look at my laptop, even though I hadn’t scheduled an appointment. His willingness to help, despite being busy, really showed his dedication to his work and to customer satisfaction.

Not only did he run a scan, but he also took the time to explain how the laptop functions from a technical perspective and offered invaluable advice. His patience, knowledge, and genuine desire to assist were greatly appreciated. Thanks to his expertise, my laptop has regained its speed and is now functioning like it’s brand new. I’m incredibly grateful for the time he took out of his day, and I can’t recommend this shop highly enough for anyone seeking professional and personable tech support.

I had a terrible experience at Computer Guy Shop. I took my Dell laptop in to have the charger port replaced. After the repair, my laptop wouldn’t charge at all. Additionally, the biometric system stopped working, and my PIN was no longer valid. When I returned to the shop to address these issues, the technician claimed it was a software problem and not related to the repair. However, everything was working perfectly before he worked on it. I do not recommend this shop to anyone. Avoid at all costs!

brought in a work laptop that was on it’s way out. alvin and his team couldn’t save the old one but salvaged the better parts my old laptop had to a new one (RAM & battery), and installed the programs I needed for work. phenomenal work. granted it did take some time, about two weeks, but the service was more than worth it. they returned the old laptop as well, and charged what I believe to be an incredibly fair price given the scope of work, Windows license, etc. cannot recommend them enough!
