Ethan and Leo are by the most professional and kind staff I have ever encountered at a repair store. They were extremely helpful with installing my privacy screens and were so caring with my devices. They went above and beyond with addressing my needs and I can’t emphasize enough how courteous and speedy their service was for my issue. Great service and finished in a reasonable timeframe. Went to bed and my iPhone 14 wouldn’t charge. I woke up and it was still dead. I came to the fix and they said either a screen or battery with a free diagnostic. So they diagnosed it for free and the battery was actually the issue. They even gave a one year warranty for the battery they use. My boy Sam used to work here that’s why I come. Awesome thanks again!
Apple said they could not repair my daughters phone and the brain was broken and it would cost $600 to fix it. We came to the kiosk and they were able to fix the phone. Incredible. Why Apple does this I don’t know. We also bought a phone to bring over seas. They are so nice and so helpful. We were here for many hours but worth the time spent. Very very nice. Very helpful.
