Do NOT come here! Customer service is absolutely horrible! Came in to have my phone screen replaced. Was told one price over the phone then the guy tried to charge almost $150 more after the job was done. Then lied to us telling us there was no difference between and OEM apple replacement screen and after market screen- literally argued with us about this even tho geek squad and us cellular told us he was wrong. After the screen was replaced my phone would freeze when not connected to WiFi this guy tells us it’s a software issue…. That wasn’t an issue before. We came back to get a refund so I could get it fixed correctly and was told no. The guy was extremely rude and wouldn’t give a refund until he got “approval from a manager” we waited at the mall for over 2 hours with 2 kids for this approval and still never got approval. Finally after having arguing AGAIN he gave us a refund. (So he said) we have a receipt saying refund but never showed on our account so actually had to dispute the charge to get our money back. This place is an absolute joke!

I’m not really one to complain but they messed up my phone after taking it there to have the screen replaced, a couple things I noticed right off the bat were that it almost looks like a fingerprint behind the front camera which now when ever using it and the light hits it, it becomes super blurry and also the light sensor on the front doesn’t work very well which makes really hard to hang up calls when my screen won’t light for it and also it gets noticeably hotter than before especially while charging. Well now about a month or so down the road it’s already cracked, it cracked way easier than the original screen and is kinda discolored in some spots, it’s almost like they use the cheapest screens they can possibly get off like temu or eBay or something. Another thing I’d like to add is the salesman was extremely pushy as well which I didn’t like. Just disappointed with this whole experience.

This place is an absolute complete joke. Don’t waste your money here. Came in to get a cracked screen fixed, was charged $440 after I was told over the phone it’d be $380.. this is after he tried to charge me $523 and then was told it had a 30 day warranty. Turns out there is no warranty and the guy we dealt with was extremely rude and basically offered no solution. Refused us a refund until we argued then sat around the mall with 2 kids for over 2 hours waiting for a “manager” to answer to give approval for a refund. I’d also like to add that while waiting another unhappy customer came in yelling at the cashier for an iPad that hasn’t been fixed and no updates were given to that customer.
