I wanted to start this review with a one star due to anger. I came in with a Samsung S7 tablet that needed a charger port repair.I spoke with a gentleman and was given a price $117. I confirmed multiple times and was told it would take about 3 Days to fix it. It was late on the day of being fixed. I was told the man working at the counter is new and doesn’t know delivery dates. I have to wait until tomorrow. Day of pickup came and I went to pay and was now $170. If this is the result of new employees they need to do training and they need to have a better system of taking an items. That being told, he met me halfway of difference so I paid $153.82 . Which I would have just bought a new open box tablet for the same price. DISAPPOINTED.
The place is kept in perfect shape and the employees are one of the nicest persons I’ve met bough 2 phones from here now and they work great
