I’m late posting this review, but they fixed my laptop a few months ago where the hinges had broken the computer case. The case had broken after another local shop replaced my screen. When it broke and I took it back to that other shop, they said, “It happens all the time, and it’s not our fault.” So they wanted to charge me to replace the case too. Nope! I’ll go somewhere that people are honest! The guys at The Fix ordered a new case, but I had lost the screws that I had initially taken out before giving it to them. Long story about what all happened and the efforts they went to, but in the end, they came through. They returned to me a repaired laptop with a promise to back up their work if it broke again. They definitely cared about their workmanship and weren’t trying to hustle me into buying extras services. I highly recommend!

Call this location first thing Saturday morning. Great customer service and very knowledgeable. It appeared they have most any screen you need for any device. They installed a brand new screen in which, I’ve had trouble obtaining a service shop do it [SAME DAY], like The Fix @ First Colony was able to do! Had my MS Surface Pro 8 Plus repaired and a job well done. Friendly staff and either management or owner was very helpful. He even provided me with a screwdriver to correct my daily readers. I would highly recommend this location if you are looking for professional, effective, communicative, with quality service – You have my endorsement.
