By far don’t go to this place. I spent over 600 to fix my front and back screen and a front screen of another phone. On the second phone they broke the Face ID and acted as if it wasn’t the biggest of concern and didn’t seem too apologetic or give any sort of discount. Then they had to order the back screen as it wasn’t in store so I had to come back another day to get the back fixed. When I finally came back, it took around two hours to fix the back. The last 45 minutes I sat in the food court and could see into the store and could tell something was wrong, but didn’t go check, but the guy fixing my phone left and then I sat for a good twenty minutes while the person working was eating! So I finally go see if it’s done and it was however they broke my power button and flashlight and said how they ordered the parts for it but then wanted me to come back again, and didn’t offer a single refund at all and the only way for me to turn my phone on was to double tap the screen, which didn’t work half the time or plug it in to a chargers. So the next day I had to go get a new phone. And yea I could just go back to this place but not after they continue to break 1000 dollar phones! So please don’t waste your money here!!

Had a crack in my Pixel 7 pro and The Fix was quickly able to help and fix my screen. The chat feature to communicate with them was simple and efficient. Clearly stated the cost and timeline it would take to provided the fix. Phone now works great. Very pleased with the results and the customer service.

I’ve had repairs done everywhere. This place is where it’s at. There are so many bad repair shops but this shop isn’t one. You get a free very nice case(brand name) and you feel welcomed right away. Largest selection of cases I’ve seen period. Prices are beyond fair. 7 out of 5 stars!
