Broke my phone case,!installed a aftermarket cheap battery, after billing me $105. Gave me my phone and said the battery was comparable to my apple I phone 11 , this battery lost 80% charge with less than 35 min. Of use. Manger said no refund policy, and refused to talk to me and hung up on me, I should have gone to an Apple authorized dealer. Contrary to believe they do not offer military discount
Stay away horrible in repairs and customer service, they install the screens wrong so they can sell you a phone case, then after less than 12 hours the screen will start acting up. If you try to just touch it gently they will crack right away.. the female worker is extremely rude, very disrespectful.. going to make sure to reach Walmart as well to file a complaint..
This new store was extremely fast and friendly services . I also got a discount for working at walmart and I’m sure they give miltary discounts too! The guy was very reasonable priced and they also carry a 30 day warranty on all services and products !! Wayyy better then geek squad!!! I would recommend this to Everyone who owns a device !!
