Before coming here, I’d had a terrible experience at an appointment I’d booked at Geek Squad (Best Buy). I talked to someone from Best Buy on the phone who booked me for a specific day and time when their “Certified Apple Specialist” would be in, claiming they’d have the repair done and my phone back to me in 20 minutes. When I showed up, I had to wait 15 minutes despite having an appointment, then was told there was no one there who could complete the repair, and on top of that, they didn’t even have the part in stock to complete the repair. They said I’d have to leave my phone with them for over a week while they waited for the part to come in… Why couldn’t I just bring my phone in once they had the part in stock? They said Apple “took that privilege away”

Anyway, The iPhone Guy got my repair done quickly and without any problems. He was fantastic and I’d highly recommend coming here for repairs over Geek Squad or other repair services.

I took my phone today, because it was not charging and Nicholas was able to make it charge right away with a little cleaning of the cord. I was asking him if it needed cleaning and he said it wasn’t too bad (super honest person), but decided to leave it for a cleaning of the charge port and speakers ( I forgot what else it covers). It only took 25 mn and when i got it back I could not believe how LOUD my phone is now and he fixed the charging port, because it wiggled and thats how i bought it (i bought it used iphone 11 pro max) . It charges just perfectly now and its super clean i definitely encourage everyone to take their phones here for a general cleaning making your phone work at its best. Im just blown away i thought i was going to have to buy a new phone, because i could hardly hear my phone on speaker .

The iPhone Guy rocks! He listened as I explained my phone’s issue. Then he checked my phone, summarized what that issue was, told me how long it would take to fix it, and what it would cost. He even asked how the battery life was in addition to the other issue, and showed me how to access that info. The storefront was clean as well. We came to pick it up a couple of hours later and it was done a few minutes early! Awesome experience and great quick work.
