For all the complainers, when they get to your phone the will put 100% concentration into it as they do on the phone they are working on when you walk in. That’s why it takes a little while for them to get to you. Have patience for good quality work. Or good luck going somewhere else. Also, i think the complainers must be friends of other phone repair service and are only fake reviews.

Brought my phone in to see what it would cost to replace the glass that covers the camera. Was told by a competitor shop it was going to be over $130 and take 5 days to get the parts needed. Walked in and talked with Charles and he informed me that he could replace the glass without replacing the whole back and he would have it done in about 1 hr. For a fraction of the cost. He was meticulous about getting it done and wanted to make sure that I was happy with the work before charging me I highly recommend

I can’t believe on my trip to CA that I went to some local repair shops and they all were horrible. I even got ripped off at one down the street.
