I did not have an appointment but walked right in and was immediately helped! I was expecting to have to leave my laptop which I did. I feel that my laptop was worked on and returned to me in a timely manner a few days later. The cost was reasonable. I will definitely use this place again if/when the need arises.
I’m adding to my review because I needed to leave a laptop with them again. WOW! A new hard drive was suggested and it has not disappointed us! Now our computer is functioning so well and is so much faster. Yippee! Well worth the reasonable amount I paid. FYI they prefer cash or check.

We had an old computer with Windows 7, which on longer worked. We stopped in to see used computers and Chris fixed us up with a newer Dell computer with great ram which powers up and is ready to go in seconds.
It also has touch screen, awesome resolution, and tons of storage all for $400. Chris was kind enough to transfer all the files from the other computer and give us an orientation to the Dell. I had looked on Amazon and would easily have paid double for a computer with the features that this one has.
We are incredibly happy and grateful to Chris and the PC Clinic!

Chris was very patient walking me through my options and then explaining, in detail, how to hook up and use my new computer. He was open and honest about his own workload and deadlines. He was very professional, explaining all about my new computer in very easy-to-understand language. I appreciated his clear and precise communication to a non-technical person. He was very open to answering questions even after I got my computer home. I was dreading having to install a new system; he made it seem pretty easy and simple.
