Went to this not Apple authorized place and service was not too friendly.
Needed my iPhone 15+ serviced for a cracked screen. He named the price and I said okay. He also suggested a nice thick top of the line screen protector. Name his high price I said okay. Got it back and noticed the Face ID was not working and the screen protector had open spaces that were not sticking. He simply took another ordinary cheap one from his pile and stuck it on. Worse this time. He’s like oh I’ll order one and call you next week. Well THAT is an obvious lie. Because a minute before that he just swapped the first one for another that looked exactly alike. Went home and Face ID was not working. Took off the protector and it worked. NOW! Noticed a message in my phone.
UNKNOWN PART. Called central phone repair and he said do update and it will be ok. NOT. Went to Apple and there is a machine that needs to calibrate blah blah. ANOTHER $350 if I want to. My phone is not functioning properly now. HE KNEW! He just wanted the money and deal with complaint later. I mean. This is NOT his first repair. Ahhhh I’m tired of these kinds of people efing you for profit etc.
You should tell people that you do not have the machine required to make the calibration.

DO NOT GO THERE EVER!!! I went in for a simple screen replacement on an iPhone 6s plus after being told that their other location was open until 8 because it was closer to my location (it wasn’t). Called in to the main store ‘Jay’ answered said he was closing soon we told him we were up the street and would be there no more than 5 minutes. he worked on the phone maybe all of 5 minutes total. I left at 8:15 because he was also attending to other customers. The job was just a screen replacement everything else was working perfectly. No network issues no battery issues the touch did not have a lag. The phone was purchased new less than a year ago. Now the color on the screen is completely off (the white looks more pink than anything). The touch does not work properly. The battery does not go pass 5% even after charging the phone for hours. As i was typing this my phone restated 10 times. I had an emergency last night and could not get a hold of anyone nor could they get a hold of me because of the phone. The only reason i am going back there is for some answers.
They were prompt in returning a diagnosis and gave me a honest opinion, from which they did not profit anything for the company. As I had to buy a new computer, I decided to build one and they were helpful with recommendations. I took my new computer parts to them for setup, and Mr.Nelson and his technicians had set it up the same day.
I canceled my plan and work with another place who said they would charge me for diagnosis so I canceled my work with them and planned to come here for work. At first I hesitated because they had only phone repair reviews. But they do computer repairs too.
I would recommend this business to my friends and my family.
You guys are honest and reasonable on prices. I could ask for nothing more. Thanks for setting up my gaming PC.
