Terrible Experience. I brought my work computer in after a lighting storm. It wouldn’t power own. They told me it would be a couple of days. A few days goes by and the part came in and “didnt work” so they ordered another one and told me it would be the following week before I could get my computer back. I told them this wouldnt work due to the fact that I run a business and had to run payroll and print checks and was told originally it would only be a couple of days. They said there was nothing that they could do and that I could go to the library if I needed to use a computer. (Yeah that comment pissed me off!) The desk girl then called me back to say that I could come into their office and use their computer. Again kind of a slap in the face when I run a company from this computer and need it all day, not just for a few moments. So I waited until the following week. Bought a cheap laptop in the meantime so I could pay my workers and get minimal work done until my computer was fixed. Today (its been in their shop for 14 days now) I get an email, not a call, that the power source was the wrong issue all together and that it was the motherboard and I would need to replace that. At this point I want nothing to do with this company and just need a solution so I plan to take my computer elsewhere. I called the front desk girl and she said that my computer had not been put back together and both of their techs where out of office and I could pick the computer up in the morning. I told her once again that this was unacceptable and that I needed my computer ASAP and she said that there was nothing they could do. I then told her I would be leaving a review of this issue and she said “you’ve gotta do what you gotta do ma’am”. So here I am, putting a warning out there to others to be careful. This company may take your lifeline of a computer hostage and not care. If you don’t want to be put into this ridiculous position, I would advise you find another store. They did end up getting a tech back to the store to put my computer back together. I picked it up yesterday afternoon, and thank goodness they didnt try to charge me. I will at least credit that to them… However now i am two weeks without a computer to run my business and Im back where I started with figuring out how to get my pc fixed.

They do not know what they are doing. Very bad communication as well. They reset my laptop without letting me know that not everything will pass over(my MOST IMPORTANT THINGS) and then they created a new microsoft account just to sign into it and now it doesn’t give me an option to sign out of this phony account and into my actual account. All my passwords/finger print data gone. And then they said “you’ll just have to reinstall software and you’re set”. Not even close none of my present passed over and they did not mention any of that. The worst part of it is that they don’t give a damn about your personal things.

7 years of presets, software, downloads, settings all gone!
IF I DIDN’T CALL BACK AND COMPLAIN THEY WOULD’VE KEPT MY ORIGINAL DRIVE AND PROBABLY THROWN IT AWAY.
These people are amateurs. If you have something very important to you DON’T take it here!!

I’ll have to send it out of town/state to someone else so it can actually be fixed smh.

I had an issue with my pc not displaying a picture on my monitor, even though it was fully booted up. I noticed that this business was near to me and the reviews were almost all good. I would like to add another good one.
The level of professionalism that I encountered was top notch. Both Josh and Patrick were knowledgeable and very friendly. They took my pc into the shop, and kept me informed of every step of the repair through text and email. They gave me a quote for the repair, and that was the price I paid when I picked it up. My pc now displays properly, and flawlessly. I even got an email from the owner a week after my ticket was closed, asking about their service. I don’t think you can get much better than this company!
