This was my first visit to The Tech Team and I’m so glad that I stopped in. Ram greeted me, asked what my issue was and quickly diagnosed that my MacBook Pro needed a new battery. In less than 24 hours, Ram and his team replaced my unresponsive battery and did it quickly and effectively and much more cost effectively than the Apple Store (which would have cost me twice as much and take over a full week with shipping the unit back and forth). I’ll definitely be back to see The Tech Team again when one of my many tech devices needs servicing of any kind. Thank you to Ram and The Tech Team in Fairfield!
We checked out Tech Team after a friend referred us due to a complex iPhone screen issue. We had been to Apple, Verizon, and Best Buy prior with no promising answers. Ram took in the phone, assessed it, and called me back the next day saying he could fix it. The iPhone was returned looking and functioning brand new. The customer service, professionalism, and incredibly quick turnaround time was beyond 5-stars! Go see Ram for your tech needs!
Good professional customer service. They have repaired several older model cell phones with reasonable pricing. Just recently they replaced a broken screen cover and provided a protective cover for my 14 yr old i-phone 6. The cover was likely old because it started to breakdown within a week. They replaced it with a newer upgraded “OTTER” cover at no charge, no questions asked. They are our go to team now.
