Very disappointed with the service so far. I brought my laptop in on Wednesday morning, January 24, 2024 at 10:00 AM to get my laptop diagnosed. It was on recovery mode and shuts off. I wanted them to recover the laptop and try to save the files. Gerard was the tech that looked at it and said it would be done by the end of the day or worst-case scenario done by Thursday. He did follow up with me around 1:00 PM that day letting me know that they could do the reset but would need to keep the laptop until Thursday to retrieve the files if want to save the files.
He also said there was another tech that was more experienced coming in around 2:00 that day that would look at it and see about the retrieval process. I called around 3:15 PM to get an update and the experienced tech has not even looked at it and they were backed up so he would look at it Thursday. It is now Friday, January 26, 2024, and no follow up regarding my laptop. I called at 5:00 PM and the tech said they are having a hard time retrieving the files to their USB. I wish they would have followed up with me earlier regarding this so we can make a decision. If they cannot retrieve them just let me know instead of giving me the run-around. I knew that the files may be lost and cannot be retrieved but I at least wanted to try to recover them. If they can’t do it, then they can’t do it.

At this point I would like to get the laptop back no later than Saturday even if they cannot get the files. 4 days is too long without a solution. If they cannot do it, just communicate with me so there is no further delay. Overall, I am disappointed with the lack of communication and the time delay. They had me believe it would take 24-48 hours and now we are going on almost 4 days. Also, they give you a discount if you give them 5 stars so be careful when looking at reviews. Some of them may not be honest.

I brought my phone here to have the screen replaced. Isa did a terrible job and caused a lot of damage to my phone. The replacement screen was not positioned correctly which left a gap at the top to allow for water damage. There are scratches and dings all over the phone, which aside from the cracked screen, was in pristine condition when I brought it in there. Isa said it was not possible to get the back cover off without scratching it. The screen and back cover were not glued adequately leaving the interior of the phone completely exposed. Given the incredibly sloppy and careless manner in which my phone was handled, I have to assume that it has been compromised and will need to be replaced. I left a message with the owner, but have not heard back yet. Don’t let the 5 stars fool you, The Tech Team will pay for a good review.

Do NOT go here EVER!!! Absolutely awful customer service. The man child behind the counter keeps saying he’s “got me” even though he took my phone that was fully functioning with just a cracked screen and made it NOT turn on at all!!! He never replaced the screen and instead broke the phone more!!!! Literally the worst company I have ever dealt with!!! No manager anywhere to be found and when the owner was finally called I was told that it’s his day off and we shouldn’t be bothering him. No resolution even given!!!! I had to fight just to get the $50 deposit back for a repair they never did and a bigger problem now with the phone!!!!!
