5 stars based on customer satisfaction…and i didnt even bring my devices in yet; going later this afternoon (2 kids amazon fire tablets). Writing this based solely on the customer service through a quick phone call with Kevin. I told him what i needed, and not only did he give me a fair quote, he said that i may want to look into purchasing new tablets from Amazon, based on current pricing. Giving selfless customer service is what we are missing in today’s “quick buck” and “upsell” mentality.

I run a small business and rely on my mac computers for it to operate smoothly. Kevin has helped me multiple times in a pinch with many different problems, and has always given me an honest diagnosis. This is such a rare thing to find on the island here. This place has been my number one for years now, and I strongly suggest to stop wasting your money at places like best buy, the apple store and other rip-off places in the area! The tech store will solve your problem every time.

My gaming rig wasn’t performing up to par and had the owner check it out (probably spyware etc). He worked his magic and got my rig back performing at 100%. Even the network speeds were much faster than usual. As a plus he had all my drivers updated and ran tests for me. Will definitely go back if any problems arise. 5’s!!!
