I’m very saddened that i must write this review but i want to put it out there for others to be careful and not have the experience that i unfortunately experienced. to make it short i gave in a laptop to fix they mistakenly put wrong color and i gave it back paid another $50 to change they called me it may break the screen so it can potentially cost me around $400-$500 bucks i said i will stick with the wrong color instead. my husband tried twice to pickup they could not find, fast forward 2 years i gave in another laptop to fix and i tried once more to locate my original laptop they found it and i took it home, perfect right? or so i thought…. TURNS OUT THEY WIPED MY LAPTOP CLEAN!! and turned my laptop in some kind of experimental item that could not use. upon checking where my data and everything went they claim its in their “policy” that items not picked up can be wiped or thrown out, that was without calling me ONCE, i know at this point there is nothing i can do to get my data back but the least i can do is notify other potential customers to be AWARE.

Phone not working? Need a new one or just a repair? The CS guys were super helpful – At another store they were quick to tell me i needed a new phone. At CS, Derrick the manager told me straight up he was 99% the phone could be repaired. Ivan the tech def knows his stuff but pretty rude. When i came back to pick up the night guy Dave (?) was great. Explained clearly what was done and why and encouraged me to call or stop by with any questions or issues. WARNING: If you need to get something printed out, go somewhere else. $5 for an email is SUPER OVERPRICED. For other stuff would def use them again. Thanks guys.

The answering machine on the phone said that they were open on Sundays from 10 am. Information on Google is that Sunday is a working day from 10 am. I arrived at 11.30 am, it was closed.

***I already wrote that before coming I called the specified phone number and received information that the store was open and there were no days off.
