If I could rate with 0, I would. Took my computer in 2 weeks ago. Something was wrong with my power supply, went and purchased a new one but had to have someone connect chords. I gave them my computer, the old power supply and a box with the new power supply. 2 weeks go by and hear nothing from them. Called and they hadn’t even bothered to diagnose it or look at it. Went to go pick it up and they have no idea where the box with the other power supply is. Kept pulling out other people’s boxes, offering other people’s parts and had NO CLUE where they put mine. Extremely disorganized, no clue what items belong to what customers and truly could care less about time and management. I was referred to this company by a friend saying they’re “the best” but clearly they are not. Disappointed, in addition to loosing $100 parts to my computer, it was never looked at or fixed. Now I have to find another repair shop and pay to replace the parts they lost in addition to fixing what was already wrong. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!

I love these guys. I brought my gaming pc in because my kid had spilled a drink on it and it wouldn’t boot, I needed to know what components were good and what could be saved. Turned out that when we’d turned the pc upside down, it had jostled something loose. They tested the components, and after everything was reseated, it worked like a champ. Very fair and honest price to diagnose issue. Total honesty and integrity. They could have tried to keep my 2080ti, or anything else, claiming it wouldn’t work, but didn’t.

These… guys ….are…. awesome. I stumbled upon them looking for parts for my PC build and now I’m in there once a week. I’m now a regular because John, and the younger fella who taught me about hall effect keyboards are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and go out of their way to ensure I leave happy and usually with something I’ve been scouring the Internet for, but at half the price of the big box bois. Thanks for all the help and patience guys. 1010 will shop again. Or 105 whatever….
