My first time there and probably can’t do this for everyone, but got scammed by “Microsoft” supposedly and took laptop in to them to be cleared while at doctor’s office. Told it would be a day or two. I live about 45 min. south, but said ok. It had to be done. While heading out of town, I got a call saying they went ahead and took care of it! Second time there I had gotten something called an e-check that needed to be printed off. I have no printer and am very computer illiterate. They took care of that too right then! They’re fantastic!

I brought in my MacOS due to a damaged screen, and I got help and information immediately after going in! It was very informative and helpful as to what my next steps would be. I decided to get my computer fixed there and with it being a very new Mac, I expected it to be around $700ish, but it was much less and a very reasonable price for what I was getting. I was also allowed to keep my old screen with all the stickers on it, and now I can use it as decoration. Overall, the experience was very positive and I appreciate it a lot.

Brought two slightly old but never used Chromebooks to have wiped and donated and they happily took them and will arrange for donation recycling with a local non-profit and didn’t charge me a thing! Bright, personable, very friendly; you can tell they take their work very seriously and have pride in both what they do as well as doing the right thing. Will not hesitate to use them in the future for fixes or recycling needs.
