Poor service
Never got my phone fixed and paid 200 for my phone to be repaired. I can never get ahold of him after I paid for the service. He will tell me to bring it back and then I show up and his door is locked and he’s not there or hiding the the back.
After 5 trips with him not being there even when you told me to bring it back the door was locked,I filed for a partial refund and then he responded but still door locked and he’s not answering. This guy is a POS!!!
I tried calling multiple times the 1st week and just started showing up the second week. there was always a service call be back. I stopped driving across town wasting gas just to find a locked door. The only time he would reply was by a message through Google instead of calling me like a legitimate company would. My screen went out completely and couldn’t see messages. Once he had my money it was a cat and mouse game and only response by going public with bad review. unfortunately I had to buy another phone because I’m disabled and didn’t want to be stuck somewhere without a working phone.

They kept my phone for over a month but told me that my repair would have been done in two to three days and never once contacted me about the status of my repair. I called them every single time and they were extremely disrespectful over the phone. Apparently, they are not licensed to work with apple products so they gave me a phone without the logo on the back. The phone was dead when I received it and when I finally turned it on the volume and power button were not working. On top of that it had a loose screw and the phone was squeaking when I would press the home button. They declined a refund and wanted me to step outside because I was being “disrespectful” and they had customers coming in. So they called the cops while Tom attempted to fix my phone and finally the cops told me how to proceed. Do not recommend at all. Customers were coming in and out extremely disappointed with their service.

One word: INCOMPETENT. This place is a scam. They fail to complete work to the standards they agree to. They use inferior/knock off parts (without informing you prior that there are other options available) and refuse to take accountability for their gross incompetence. Apparently their terms and conditions do not allow refunds for their lackluster “labor,” and lack the integrity required of any business worth your time.
