Absurd price. Had a motherboard that shorted and did not feel like building the computer a second time so i brought it here, the first charge just for building was over 250 dollars! 1 hour worth of work, yet they held it for 3 days! I had brought them my windows key to activate windows assuming they have plenty of windows installation media to use, i didn’t bring my own usb and they charge me 150 to install windows with MY key! If you have a simple computer task such as building and installing windows head elsewhere as this company will just swindle you and overcharge well beyond the work that they put in. If i could give 0 stars i would.

Excellent computer service. They built a desktop computer for me about 4-5 years ago to play games on and the parts they recommended for me were excellent. Since then I have come in to get new parts put in (upgrading no broken parts). Each time they put them in correctly and I’ve never had an issue with my computer. There is NO ONE I trust more with my desktop than these guys when it comes to parts or repair. They are nice, professional and skilled at what they do. If you want a computer custom built and you want it done right I highly recommend them.

We moved to De Pere early this year and having built a new home – everything had to be set-up. Being in our 60’s this was a daunting task. And having moved from a city where we were 5 minutes from an Apple Store made us very nervous since there isn’t one near here. Thank God we happened onto Total Computing Solutions. They set-up our systems and even fixed a computer for a very reasonable fee. I am so happy to have found them and will most certainly use them in the future
