I don’t know how they have 4.9 stars, the customer service is good but the quality of their work is horrible, you are better of taking it to the Apple Store for the price and quality work. I got my screen fixed but within a week of fixing it my screen started flashing at times . I took it back but they told me they couldn’t do anything! I regret taking my phone here. Now I have to take it to the Apple Store and pay double
I came in to grab a few cases and not only was I offered a discount but I also grabbed a screen protector that was priced right within my budget. There’s also a great selection of cases to choose from which is what I love about TPK. I will always be a loyal customer.
After my nephew had his phone repaired with TPK and was provided excellent service. I stopped in about getting help with my device. Natasha was very helpful answered all my questions and also great prices. 10/10
