I came in for a simple computer repair, they told me it would be a quick turnaround. Over the past week, I called a dozen times only to receive two callbacks each time asking me what the pin to even open my computer. Today, I’m finally told to come pick it up after 10 days and upon arrival there’s no one at their shop even though I show up in between the supposed hours that they’re open and I called to make sure they would be there at 11AM. Do not waste your time here. My computer wasn’t even fixed after all.
I needed some help with my Apple Macbook Air while traveling in Florida and Jon Mann not only saw me right away, he fixed the problem in less than an hour while I waited. He was helpful, knowledgeable and could not have been more considerate. I recommend Treasure Coast Computers highly.
