Gave them detailed instructions. They gave me an estimate. Get there, they give me a higher estimate – but still, they can meet my deadline and I’ve already driven out. Then a week later (after the timeline they’d given me had already passed) they tried to raise the price on me further! To double what their original estimate was! When I rebuffed that they said they’d do it for the top end of the second estimate, and then the next day summarily informed me that they had no interest in finishing. To add further injury a scant three hours later they were pestering me as to when I would come and pick it up!

Scammers, liars, prevaricators. Buyer beware! They will gladly take on projects they are not capable of finishing, and try to milk as much out of you as possible!

They broke the damn thing!!!!! I had to pay extra to undo the damage they’d wrought and it’s still not fully functional! These guys are straight up bad people, liars, charlatans, thieves.

So I feel a little bad writing this review because I cannot tell if the guy is on the spectrum or if he’s slightly autistic but I just had a horrendous encounter this AM with the guy (short, dark hair). Last Thursday he explained to me the process of replacing my Mac keyboard and I explained I needed a new one and if he didnt understand me, then my apologies. After declaring what my need was he told me to come in today (Monday) and he will order the parts for me and install them. I went in to explain to him what he told me and he chastised (quasi embarrassed) me for not understanding what he said on the phone… that he couldnt fix the problem. My question is- then why did you tell me to come in to your store to order a part that I ultimately do not need that wouldnt repair the original issue? I called him out on him being triggered by me and I left. avoid this guy.

My hard drive crashed… I was in dire need of help! And, I found it with Michael at Tucson Computer Repair. When I took my old laptop into Michael, he restored it to its former glory. After he diagnosed the problems, he explained everything so that I understood what he was going to do, how long it would take, and an estimate on the repairs. Michael even called me the next Monday to see if everything was good. It was, and I couldn’t thank him enough for saving my dinosaur laptop. They just don’t make them like that anymore, and I wasn’t giving it up. Thanks to Michael, I didn’t have to. Thanks Michael.!
