My desktop crashed a couple of months ago. I spoke with a few different tech guys in the valley and Shawn was definitely the best choice. He was able to restore all of the files on my computer and get things working sooner than promised. He’s honest and great too work with. He came to my house to pick up and drop off my computer. I will most definitely be calling him again if I need help or advice with anything computer related.
I just had Shawn fix my drives for the best price on any market( complete mess). I was seen in less then 30 minutes to get my pc looked at on a sunday! He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and a honest person. I have already referred two of my buddies to go to him with there pc problems.
I wish I could give 100 stars! My files were recovered so quickly and Shawn was super open and clear when communicating with me, at all times I knew exactly what stage he was at in the recovery process. Such a great experience and such a relief to have all my files back!
