So, I took my phone to them to have the original screen removed and a protective tab over the camera removed, as the prior owner had replaced the camera on their own but forgot to remove it. They warned me the screen could break when I brought it in, which it did end up doing. I don’t blame them for this, because I have no clue what adhesive was used the first time it was fiddled with. So I paid for a screen replacement, which was a downgrade but more affordable. They replaced the screen and the camera now works great!

The problem I’m facing is that the screen is now malfunctioning. I did take it back when I first noticed, but in the time I left it there they said they said they never noticed anything with the screen. It’s definitely messing up, as there are times I can’t even open the home screen because something is stuck or it won’t register. I’ll have to restart the phone to access anything. It happens at any time while messing with the screen, which can be really inconvenient, especially when trying to get directions. I didn’t have these problems before having the screen replaced. I’m not sure if it’s a software problem that’s occured from being messed with or just the screen.

All in all, it was an ok experience and the prices for benchwork(labor)/screen replacement were good, but the trouble I’ve had with my new screen has been very irritating.

Nice people but they appear limited in their knowledge of Android phones.
I say that because my screen wasn’t working so I took it in having download all my data prior (remember that). They said I needed a new screen or new phone. I asked if he’d do a factory reset for me. He looked at me puzzled and said he couldn’t because the screen wasn’t working (remember, I’d download my data before bringing it in). I asked them if they had a USB to usbc adapter and that I’d show them how I did using a wired mouse and maybe he could reset it from there. They didn’t have an adapter (that surprised me) and didn’t know you could do that with an Android.
So, I paid $67 to teach them about androids. I did my own reset and went ahead and bought another phone because it didn’t help so we were both right about the screen.
Again, they may be fine with iPhone, but just know they appear limited on their knowledge of Android.

I was in a panic because I had tried to fix my Canon printer. I called and was scheduled within an hour of my call and Ryon Harris, the manager took care of it. He was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient! If the ISD’s in the area trust him I sure do! He has proven himself with me!
