I called all over Fresno for a phone battery repair. I spoke with George over the phone and he set correct and great expectations for what I needed to purchase and repair. I came randomly to see if they could see my laptop for an update as an emergency and also for a Wi-Fi set up and they were able to fix or even tell me what was actually the issue. I actually stopped in because my current phone randomly stopped reading my SD card and I got help with that in a matter of seconds and I had my old cracked phone with me and George helped walk me through my options for screen replacement and data retrieval.
