I was feeling super helpless with my Samsung Note 10. My screen had cracked a month prior and there was a lot of pixel damage that a family member decided to replace for my birthday by a different store. That store had somehow messed with the connection to my battery and my phone crashed after being taken off the charger. I took it to uBreakiFix to have it looked at and get a battery replacement (I thought the problem was that I needed a new battery). The technician reset the clips holding the battery in place and it immediately solved the problem. He could have charged me $90 to replace the battery and I would have been none the wiser. Instead, he put the phone back together, free of charge within an hour. They will have my business for the rest of my life! Thank you so much!

I cracked a glass on my fully functional Samsung Note 20+ Ultra and my husband took it for repairing to this service. When got the phone back and started to use it, I realized that the Front camera is not working. So, I am not able to have face recognition, video calls with my son and parents, to take pictures with front camera. My husband took the phone back to the service. We have waited for 2 months the decision from Samsung and got nothing, then 2 months from the service management and got nothing also. And now one months of silence from the service at all. I still have not working pretty expensive phone. The change of the glass cost for us 300$ and not working properly device as the result of actions from the service side. I will not recommend this service to anybody.

I brought in my S10 for a severely broken screen. Aiden helped me and was very professional. When it comes to most things, I am a nitpicker and they restored the phone to factory condition. They even replaced the battery! Which I thought was a nice touch. You could not tell it was ever broken. I live 45 minutes away but it is certainly worth the drive for a job well done the first time. I would definitely recommend this company and specifically this location to anyone!
