I had spent 5 days trying to figure out a way to get my screen fixed thru T Mobile, Samsung, and my so called “warranty company” that I will leave unnamed, but Angel the technician, Lynn the store lead, and Richard were absolutely amazing in customer service went out of there way and made sure I was taken care of even when I couldn’t get a claim figured out. They diagnosed my phone with 1 hour had me on my way to success on getting my phone fixed. If you ever need some phone or any technological help, I recommend UbreakIfix of Suffolk for sure. Also, need to add I traveled a hour and 15 minutes both way to visit this wonderful store. THANKS AGAIN!!!

Super business! Great service! I took my phone for a 5 pm appointment for a bad digitizer and they had it fixed by 630 pm which is the time they promised me. They exceeded my expectations on service. I’m so happy with my phone being fixed today and not having to mail it in to fix it I feel like I won the lottery. The sales associate was also very friendly, professional, and had a wonderful sense of humor too! Overall, I can’t say enough about this fantastic business! I highly recommend going here for any phone repairs! We will go here from now on!

Very friendly service! They replaced my screen on time although the part had to be ordered for next day delivery. I did have to wait longer than I expected after calling to see if it would be ready when I got there but it wasn’t a big deal they probably had to wait on a customer not sure how many are working in the back. May only be a couple on staff on a shift I’m not certain but the young lady that waited on me was extremely friendly and helpful.
