Took my PS5 in after a power surge to get fixed.They sent it to their hub center in Orlando to get done quicker, since they were swamped at this location. After almost a month got it back and it powers up but shuts off after a couple minutes from overheating,like it wasn’t checked to make sure it was working properly again. The people were nice that I did talk to,and I didn’t have to pay for whatever they did to it

I submitted a claim on Monday, got a text an hour telling me I could come in within the next week to have my phone repaired. Went in the next day and my phone repair was done within an hour of dropping it off! Dustin was very helpful, friendly and super fast service! I’ll definitely be going back if I have any other tech issues or repairs that need to be done! Thanks for everything! 🙂

This is an amazing team of individuals that work diligently to get your technology fixed in a timely fashion! I had a PC that needed a battery replaced and they got me in and fixed up within a week! I also highly recommend being a member of their home+ membership as that will ensure that your technology will be fixed faster than if you don’t have one. Plus it saves you lots of money!!
